Functional and compact room, with central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television. Good beds, satisfactory breakfast.

The staff was pretty friendly and gave us great advices. Had the superior twin room which was compact with large work desk. We had an amazing and good breakfast with disposable dishes.

Some people working there were very rude.

It has marvellous and decent location to well known area to be written in Japanese.

Fairly clean hotel with well-kept amenities. Overall a wonderful stay for a long weekend in Tokyo. Consistently courteous staff, marvellous location to tsukiji fish market. And near to OTHER AREAS, train stations and Close to various subway lines.

Had a triple room that was clean and quite spacious, about 40 sqm. Super nice to have a fridge for drinks and snacks. Loved the onsen-perfect for unwinding, even though it was hot outside. Plus, the location is fab, super close to three metro stations for easy travel around the city!

The location of Square Hotel Ginza is fantastic, with all the attractions in the Ginza district within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And a public hot spring area was a nice touch after a long day of meetings.

The mattress and pillows were very firm, leading to uncomfortable sleep.

It was just an ideal choice for a weekend jaunt in Tokyo with real value for money. The breakfast was good, although the coffee wasn't great. For best results, bring your own favorite coffee if you're picky.

Awesome location and public bath!

Stayed for 3 nights in a twin room. The location's super convenient, and I really enjoyed the public bath, it was clean and relaxing. They have decent amenities, but the toothbrush and toothpaste weren't my fave. I loved being close to a Familymart for snacks. Unique vibe with a cute cafe nearby. Would def come back!

I spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed the spacious bedroom and the nice public bath, which was so relaxing! The hotel also offers a great wellness center, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the mattress being a bit firm for my taste, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

Check-in systems definitely need an upgrade!!! The laundry facilities are insufficient for long stays, leading to frustration among guests. Warrants consideration of better room views and hygiene in common areas!!!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to several metro stations and vibrant shops. Each room is clean and practical. Staff are attentive and fluent in English. The beds felt a bit hard, and the pillows were quite flat, which affected our comfort.
